Anju is a concept developed to provide a very Asian and a very American dining and drinking experience. The concept utilizes cuisines from China, Korea, Vietnam, and Japan with the ability to choose between Korean or American mixology. Like the meaning of its name, its food was created to complement a great drinking experience. Anju focuses in on great food, great atmosphere, and a unique dining experience.

Leading Anju is Partner & Executive Chef Don Flores. Flores, a California native who studied cuisine in Barcelona, was formerly executive chef at Katsuya in Los Angeles and executive sous chef of Tao in New York City.
